Our client, a leading company in the infrastructure sector, is currently seeking a Front-Line Supervisor / Foreman to join their team. This is a contract role based in Scunthorpe, offering 18 months' worth of work, starting as soon as possible.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team of workers on-site.
• Ensure that projects are completed to schedule and within budget.
• Maintain high health and safety standards.
• Monitor progress, quality, and productivity of the team.
• Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Report any issues or concerns to the project manager.

Project Details:

• The project duration is 18 Months +
• Immediate start

Job Requirements:

• Significant experience as a Foreman or Front-Line Supervisor
• Strong understanding of infrastructure projects
• Ability to run gangs on site and ensure deadlines are met.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• SSSTS or SMSTS tickets essential

Contract Details:

This is a contract position offering competitive rates of £280 - £320 per shift CIS.
